About Halle Lefkowitz, MA

Halle is a doctoral practicum trainee providing individual therapy to adolescents, young adults, and adults. She approaches therapy with warmth, compassion, and curiosity, creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel understood, empowered, and accepted. Halle utilizes a client-centered, humanistic, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach that honors each person’s unique experiences, identities, and values.

Halle integrates evidence-based practices with mindfulness and somatic-informed approaches to support clients in developing self-awareness, coping skills, resilience, and self-compassion. She is committed to providing culturally responsive care for individuals from diverse backgrounds, and as an Indigenous clinician, she is also passionate about supporting Indigenous communities in their healing journeys. She is supervised by Grace Goodman, PsyD (PSY 28905).
