Licensed Clinical Psychologist

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary.” – Fred Rogers

About Grace Goodman, PsyD

Dr. Goodman offers individual therapy to youth and adults.  Dr. Goodman has experience working with individuals who are neurodivergent, come from immigrant families, are navigating a loss or life transition, or who may struggle with anxiety or perfectionism. She strives to create a therapeutic environment where clients are seen, heard, and empowered amidst oppressive systems.

Dr. Goodman also provides strength-based, neuro-affirming, comprehensive assessments that focus on recognizing and celebrating each person’s unique cognitive profile and abilities. Her approach emphasizes understanding client experiences and highlighting inherent strengths and areas of needed support.
