About Jean Park, MA
Jean Park, MA, provides compassionate, developmentally informed psychotherapy for children and adolescents. She believes that healing begins in relationships where individuals feel seen, heard, and accepted. Jean strives to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and build greater resilience and hope.
Jean takes a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach to therapy, integrating psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness interventions to meet each client’s unique needs. When working with children and adolescents, Jean also incorporates art and play therapy that fosters emotional expression, strengthens coping skills, and supports healthy relationships with caregivers and peers. She is supervised by Grace Goodman, PsyD (PSY 28905).
