At ResWell, we believe movement is medicine. Rather than treating mind and body separately, our team uses personalized movement practices as part of a whole-person approach to mental wellness.

Through ResWell+, we offer fitness, yoga, and mindfulness because physical activity—particularly in community—can help improve mood, reduce stress, build resilience, and foster overall well-being. These services can also support individuals with depression and ADHD, improving focus, emotional regulation, and the ability to navigate daily life with greater ease.

Katie challenges the idea that exercise is about looking good. Instead, she encourages us to view movement as an investment in ourselves—supporting our health, well-being, and long-term quality of life. Her message: make yourself your biggest project.

Yoga & Mindfulness Clinician Michelle Banzet

Michelle welcomes children, adults, and families to explore the benefits of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. With a background in psychology, she creates a supportive space where individuals can pause, reset, and care for both mind and body.
